Everbound Journeys – Terms & Conditions

By engaging the services of Everbound Journeys (“Advisor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Client” or “Traveler”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Agency Relationship

Everbound Journeys is an independent travel advisor affiliated with Fora Travel. We act solely as an agent for third-party travel suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, cruise lines, and tour operators (collectively, “Suppliers”).

We do not own, operate, or control these Suppliers and are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

2. Booking & Payment Terms

A deposit may be required to confirm reservations. Full payment is due in accordance with Supplier deadlines. Failure to make payments on time may result in cancellation of your reservation and applicable penalties.

All prices are subject to change until confirmed with payment.

3. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

All cancellations and changes are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable Supplier. Penalties may apply, including full loss of funds for non-refundable bookings.

Everbound Journeys does not control Supplier policies and does not guarantee refunds.

4. Travel Documents & Entry Requirements

Clients are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and any required health documentation.

Passports are typically required to be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the date of return. Requirements vary by destination.

Everbound Journeys is not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to improper or insufficient documentation.

5. International Travel & Denied Entry

Travel outside of the United States is subject to the entry requirements and approval of the destination country’s border control authorities. Entry into any foreign country is not guaranteed.

The Client acknowledges that factors including, but not limited to, criminal history (including misdemeanors such as DUI), prior immigration issues, or documentation deficiencies may result in denial of entry.

Everbound Journeys shall not be held liable for denied entry, refusal of boarding, deportation, delays, or any resulting costs or losses.

The Client is solely responsible for verifying admissibility and obtaining any required waivers, permits, or documentation.

6. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unforeseen circumstances including cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, and travel interruptions.

If travel insurance is declined, the Client assumes full financial responsibility for any losses incurred.

7. Supplier Responsibility Disclaimer

Everbound Journeys is not liable for any acts, errors, omissions, injuries, losses, accidents, delays, or irregularities caused by Suppliers.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Flight delays or cancellations

  • Schedule changes

  • Mechanical issues

  • Service interruptions

  • Overbooking

8. Pricing & Availability

Travel pricing is dynamic and subject to change without notice until confirmed by payment.

Quoted rates are not guaranteed until booked.

9. Force Majeure

Everbound Journeys shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Weather events

  • Natural disasters

  • Pandemics

  • Government actions

  • Strikes or labor disputes

10. Client Responsibility

The Client is responsible for:

  • Reviewing all travel documents for accuracy

  • Ensuring all names match government-issued identification

  • Complying with all travel requirements and laws

Failure to do so may result in additional costs or denied travel, for which Everbound Journeys is not responsible.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Everbound Journeys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from travel arrangements or Supplier performance.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By booking travel services through Everbound Journeys, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
