Planning a family trip should feel exciting, not overwhelming. From the first hello to the moment you're home sharing stories, here's what working with Everbound Journeys looks like.

Your Journey, Step by Step

  1. Share your dream trip. Fill out the trip inquiry form and tell me who's traveling, where you're dreaming of going, and what matters most to your family.

  2. Let's talk. We'll connect for a quick conversation about your travel style, budget, and must haves, so I can understand your family, not just your dates.

  3. Make it official. You'll receive my Client Agreement and Terms & Conditions for electronic signature through Fora Travel. If a concierge planning fee applies to your trip, it's confirmed in writing at this step.

  4. Your personalized proposal. I research and hand pick options that fit your family, from resorts and cruises to tours and experiences, and send them over for you to review.

  5. Book with confidence. Once you choose, I handle the reservations and walk you through deposits, payment deadlines, and travel insurance options.

  6. Get ready to go. Before you leave, you'll have your confirmations, itinerary, and reminders about passports and travel documents in one place.

  7. I've got you while you're away. If plans change or something comes up during your trip, I'm here to help work it out with your travel suppliers.

  8. Welcome home. I'd love to hear all about it, and when you're ready, we'll start dreaming up the next one.

  • Some trips include a concierge planning fee, depending on the type and complexity of the trip. Your first trip with Everbound Journeys is planned with the fee waived as a welcome. Any fee is always confirmed in writing before planning begins.

  • Like most travel advisors, I may earn commissions from hotels, resorts, cruise lines, and tour partners when I book your travel. These are paid by the supplier and are typically built into their published rates.

  • In most cases, no. Through my affiliation with Fora Travel, many bookings come with added perks at partner properties, such as breakfast, resort credits, or upgrades when available.

  • You pay deposits and balances directly to the travel supplier or securely through Fora Travel, following each supplier's deadlines. If you keep a card on file with me, I'll send a payment authorization for you to approve each time I charge it on your behalf.

  • I strongly recommend it for every trip. Insurance can protect your investment if plans change, flights are delayed, or someone gets sick or hurt while traveling. I'm happy to help you compare options.

  • I specialize in luxury family and multigenerational travel, from all inclusive resorts and luxury cruises to villas, safaris, and international adventures designed around every generation. Whether it's a milestone birthday, a graduation trip, or bringing the grandparents along for a trip everyone will talk about for years, I'd love to help.

  • The earlier the better, especially for holidays, school breaks, and larger groups. Popular family rooms and cruise cabins book up quickly, but I'm always happy to see what's possible.
